Job Description :-
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle customer queries & provide appropriate solutions within the time limits. The candidate should be fluent in English & Hindi & interact with customers through crisp and clear communication.
Responsibilities :-
- Managing incoming calls, messages & emails and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve complete customer satisfaction
- Diligently answering queries posted by customers on social media
- Interact with customers through crisp and clear communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers
- Handle customer complaints & provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Make calls to customers to confirm orders/answer queries as required
- Do grievance redressal for customer complaints
- Ensure no complaints are escalated on any social media platform
- Prepare picking & delivery data as per orders received
- Coordinate with operations for correct dispatch of orders as per invoice
- Follow up with Delivery Partners to ensure timely delivery & control Undelivered rate
- Handle Walk-In customers at the Experience Centre on as is basis
