Shipping Policy for Escaro Royale
Thank you for choosing Escaro Royale for your luxury footwear needs. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience:
1. Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after telephonic confirmation. In case of pre-paid orders we confirm just the address over the registered phone number. We confirm orders between 10am and 7pm daily.
- Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; details will be communicated upon order confirmation.
2. Shipping Rates:
- We offer free standard shipping to any part of India on orders exceeding INR 3999; check our website for current promotions.
- In many cases, where the customer requires a next day delivery or same day delivery (if possible), we charge INR 1000 as extra shipping charges.
- We provide various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. We use BlueDart, Delhivery and other reputed delivery services for delivering our parcels.
4. Estimated Delivery Time after dispatch
- Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on the destination, local customs, and unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Our delivery partners and our customer service also keeps you updated on the delivery of your parcel.
- Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
6. International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping and handling fees are USD 20.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.
7. Shipping Delays:
- Escaro Royale is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, customs issues, political disturbances or carrier disruptions.
8. Shipping Address:
- Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. Escaro Royale is not responsible for packages undelivered due to error in shipping address.
9. Missing or Damaged Items:
- In the rare event of missing or damaged items, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order for prompt assistance.
10. Returns and Refunds:
- Review our Returns and Refunds Policy for information on returning items and obtaining refunds.
- Please note that there is a Rs. 1000 shipping, handling and re-stocking fee for returns not arising from manufacturing defects.
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
- Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
