I like a particular design which is not available on escaro.in but would like Escaro Royale to make for me. Can it be done?
Designing a new shoe from scratch is an extensive process where we have to work on the design, frame, sizing, balance, contours and a whole lot of other things. Even if one thing goes wrong, it may cause fitting issue or may cause pain in the back or shins. That is why we work only on our designs which have gone through proper R&D & testing.
Having said that, we request you to share your design on our WhatsApp number 9832040404 and Escaro Royale’s highly skilled customer service team will recommend an existing design which matches closest to the photograph shared by you.
I would like to make slight alteration on an Escaro Royale design which I like. Can that be done?
Yes, we can make slight adjustments to an existing design mainly in terms of color & texture of the leather. Please reach out to us on 9832040404 & Escaro Royale’s trained customer service team will help you out with this request.
What are the charges for customization?
We do not charge extra for small changes or alterations. However, all customization are carried at full price of the article. The order value needs to be paid in full before the customization can begin.
How many days will it take to deliver the customized article?
In case of a customized article, delivery may take 15-18 days
The customized shoe did not fit / I did not like the customized shoe at the time of delivery. What can be done?
We do not recommend customization for customers ordering with us for the first time as there is no refund or exchange possible on customized order. So just in case there is a size or fitting issue, the shoe will be a waste for you and we will also not feel good having an unhappy customer.
Do you take bulk orders or corporate orders? Is there a bulk discount on large orders?

We understand that decisions change at the last minute. If you have changed your mind about an order you have placed with us, please call or message us on 9832040404 within 24 hours and we will take care of it.
I have a discount code which is not working. What do I do?
The coupon codes issued by Escaro Royale usually are for one time use. Also to be noted is that two coupon codes or offers cannot be stacked together. If you are still facing an issue or need any assistance, please call our customer care team on 9832040404 & we shall resolve this for you.
How do I make payment for my order?
Escaro Royale uses a safe & secure payment gateway which ensures that all your information is protected. We accept all online payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, E-Wallets. We also accept NEFT/RTGS transfers to our bank account. EMI options are also available.
For your convenience, we also have Cash on Delivery option available on most of the pin codes in India.

When will I receive my order?
Our team will call you for a confirmation call – usually within 24 hours of order placement and apprise you of the exact delivery timelines. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 of order placement. However, for certain articles, the delivery time may go up to 15 days depending on availability
I need to wear the shoes on a specific date for an occasion or function. Can you help me with express delivery?

Is shipping cost extra?
Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 3999. For all orders of Rs. 3999 and below, there is a shipping charge of Rs. 300
Do you ship to my address?
Escaro Royale delivery partners cover more than 95% of pin codes in India. At the time of finalizing your order, you can check delivery availability for your pin code. You can also check this at any of the product pages by entering your pin code.
I need to change my delivery address? How do I do this?
This request can be done prior to dispatch of the order. Please email us with updated address on email@example.com or message us on 9832040404 and we will do the needful.
My order/delivery has reached but I am unavailable to receive it?
If you are unavailable to receive your order at your address, you can re-schedule your delivery by instructing the delivery person when they call you. For paid orders, the delivery person can leave the package with a family member or caretaker.
You can also get in touch with our customer service team and we can also help you in the re-scheduling of your order delivery. Please note that a maximum of 3 attempts will be made for delivery by our courier partners.
Can I pay by card on delivery? Will the delivery person accept Paytm or any other mode of online payment?
For COD orders, the only mode of payment is cash. The delivery person will only deliver the package once he receives the cash
What is the validity period of gift cards?
The e-Gift Cards are issued on the date of payment received and can be used within one year from the date of purchase
Can I use gift cards to purchase articles on sale?
The e-Gift Cards can be redeemed on any product including discounted merchandise, new arrivals and best sellers.
I want to return the gift card & want a refund. How do I do that?
The e-Gift Cards are non returnable & non-refundable
